What we collect and why
When you use the form, email us or call, we process the details you give us: your name, phone number or email address, and your message. We use them only to reply and to arrange a consultation. The form runs on Shopify, the platform this site is built on, which passes your message to us by e-mail and processes the data on our behalf.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If your message describes health matters, we process that information on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data until we have answered you. If we start working together, we keep it for as long as the law on records requires.
Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it,
- correction, deletion or restriction of processing,
- withdrawing your consent at any time,
- a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
