For adults and leaders: ADHD assessment

Success at work doesn’t rule out ADHD. We work with managers, executives and business owners who, despite their results, struggle with overwhelm, focus and organisation.

No referral needed. You don’t need the answers yet.

Does this sound like you?

  • You lead people or a company, you deliver results and you remember deadlines.
  • And yet everything costs you far more energy than it should.
  • Without lists, reminders and constant checking, things quickly turn to chaos.
  • It’s hard to focus on strategy when something needs your attention every few minutes.
  • From the outside everything looks fine, but for years you have felt you are always catching up.

The first consultation can simply be a conversation that helps you sort out what is happening day to day, and decide whether an assessment is the right next step for you.

Turn the card

On the front, what you see or hear. On the back, what may stand behind it.

  • “But you’re coping so well”

Keeping order at work and in your calendar can cost you far more energy than others. That’s ADHD too.

  • Ten projects started, none finished

A new task gives you energy, and finishing one takes the most of it. That can be ADHD.

  • “You work best under pressure”

A deadline and adrenaline help you focus. Without them, even a simple task is hard to start. That can be ADHD too.

  • Meetings that leave you with nothing left

Noise, conversation and constant switching wear you out more when you have ADHD or are autistic.

  • Nothing left for home in the evening

All day you compensate and adapt to others. Exhaustion after work can be the price of that masking.

  • A routine that calms you, then wears you down

Sometimes that is AuDHD: needing predictability and novelty at once. It can have other causes too.

  • Everything at the last minute

Not a lack of will. You put things off even though you really want to do them sooner. That can be ADHD too.

  • Lists, reminders and constant checking

Ways you have built up over the years to keep going. Being well organised doesn’t rule out ADHD.

How we help

  1. First consultation

You tell us what’s going on. Together we decide whether an assessment makes sense and where to start.

  2. ADHD, ASD and AuDHD assessment

For adults. Interviews, observation and standardised tools, including DIVA-5, MOXO and ADOS-2.

  3. Support after diagnosis

Strategies for work and everyday life: focus, organisation, energy and delegating. We also help with career decisions.

  4. ADHD and leadership

For managers, executives and business owners: overwhelm, priorities, decisions and the demands of leadership.

  • At what cost?

An ADHD or ASD assessment is about more than ticking off a list of symptoms. Two people can look alike from the outside and work completely differently inside. One delivers on tasks, works, runs a home, answers messages and seems to be coping brilliantly. But the diagnostic question is: at what cost? Do you have nothing left after work? Does rest take effort? Does your organisation rest more on anxiety than on calm? As a neurodiversity diagnostician, I don’t only look at whether someone functions. I also look at what that functioning costs. Because sometimes the bigger difficulties don’t show in the results. They show only in the price a person pays for those results.

You’re welcome to a first consultation at Neurokierunek. It’s for adults who are considering an ADHD or autism assessment, or want to understand how they work, and also for parents of neurodivergent children.

Start with a conversation.

Call, write or leave a message. We’ll get back to you to arrange a time.

Before you write

Will my employer find out about the assessment?

Not from us. We are bound by professional confidentiality. You receive the result, and you decide who sees it.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book a consultation without one.

I don’t know if it’s ADHD, ASD or AuDHD. Can I still come?

Yes. You don’t need the answer before the first meeting. That’s what the consultation is for.

Do you work with companies?

Yes. We run workshops and consultations for boards, managers and HR teams. Tell us what your organisation needs, and we’ll suggest how we could work together.

Do you work in English?

Ewa sees adults in English. For children and teenagers, write to us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

How much does an assessment cost?

It depends on the scope of the assessment. Call or write and we’ll give you the details.

Who is the visit for?

Where should we reply?

Your name and a way to reach you are enough. You don’t have to explain everything yet.
