Neurodiversity in your company

We help boards, managers and HR teams understand employees with ADHD, autism and AuDHD, and organise work so the whole team works better. We combine psychology and assessment with experience in management and HR.

We start with a short conversation about what your team needs.

A bright meeting room: an oak table, green armchairs, laptops and a small olive tree in the afternoon sun.
A workshop room: a flipchart, sticky notes on a glass wall and green chairs set out in a circle.

  • 1 in 100

What your company gains

Neurodivergent employees often put far more effort into their work than anyone sees. When the team understands this, that energy goes into the work instead of into catching up.

  • Understanding instead of guesswork

Managers know what may be behind lateness, overload or tension in the team.

  • Less overload

Simple adjustments and clear ways of working take pressure off people who have been compensating for years.

  • People who stay

It is easier to keep employees who feel understood at work.

  • Clearer communication

Specific requests, predictable meetings and clear priorities help the whole team.

How we can work with your company

  • Workshops for boards and managers

What ADHD, autism and AuDHD look like in adults, how to recognise them in everyday work, and how to talk with an employee.

  • Training for HR

Recruitment, onboarding and development talks designed with neurodivergent people in mind, plus adjustments that cost very little.

  • Consultations for managers

A conversation about a specific situation in your team: what may be going on and what you can do tomorrow.

  • Assessment and support for employees

Employees come to us on their own terms, and the result stays with them.

  • Mentoring for leaders

For managers and business owners with ADHD: priorities, energy and delegating.

Workshop topics

We build the programme around your team. These are the topics we start with most often.

  • ADHD, autism and AuDHD in adults: facts and myths
  • How to talk with an employee who has ADHD
  • Workplace adjustments that work
  • Overload and burnout in the team
  • Recruiting and onboarding neurodivergent people
  • Leading with ADHD

How we start working together

  1. Conversation

You tell us what is happening in the team and what you need.

  2. Proposal

We choose the format: a workshop, consultations or support for employees.

  3. Sessions

We run the workshops and consultations on agreed dates.

  4. Next steps

We sum up what has changed and agree what comes next.

Confidentiality is a rule for us

An employee’s assessment result stays with the employee. The company is told only if the employee agrees. As psychologists, we are bound by professional confidentiality.

Questions from companies

Will we find out which employees have a diagnosis?

No. The result stays with the employee. As psychologists, we are bound by professional confidentiality.

Does an employee have to agree to an assessment?

Yes. An assessment is always voluntary.

Can you tailor the programme to our industry?

Yes. We start with a conversation about your team and choose the topics and format from there.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the format and scope. Write or call, and we’ll prepare a proposal.

Who is the visit for?

Where should we reply?

Your name and a way to reach you are enough. You don’t have to explain everything yet.
